Occupational Therapist - Home Health & Outpatient 8/23/10
Seeking full-time, part-time, or per visit Occupational Therapist for a combination of Home Healthcare and Outpatient settings. Patients will primarily include Adult cases. Flexible schedules are unique to this setting.
The basic function of an Occupational Therapist with Midwest Therapy is to provide evaluations and treatment for patients. OTs are responsible for developing and administering therapeutic programs appropriate for the treatment of patients with cognitive, physical and/or developmental deficits which may adversely affect their independence with completion of activities of daily living. The Occupational Therapist may be responsible for supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant(s).
Position requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and an Ohio License as an Occupational Therapist.

Seeking part-time or per visit Physical Therapist Assistants for Home Healthcare setting. Patients could include Adult and some Pediatric cases. Flexible schedules are unique to this setting.
The basic function of a Physical Therapist Assistant with Midwest Therapy is to provide treatment for patients. PTAs are responsible for administering therapeutic programs appropriate for the treatment of patients with cognitive, physical and/or developmental deficits which may adversely affect their independence with completion of activities of daily living. Position requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and an Ohio License as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
